Here is a standard Fender Japan Jazz bass that is sounds great, and is in good cosmetic condition but does need a new neck to be perfect or can be used as is maybe for some metal or punk rock. It has a sweet sunburst finish and a rosewood fretboard. The frets are in like-new shape after being polished. Cosmetically this guitar has some surface scratches on the front and back, a few chips along the bottom edge and scattered dings and dents. These are just battle scars and for a guitar from 1994 it is in very good condition. The cosmetic imperfections do not interfere with the sound or playability of this bass...they actually just add to the vibe it radiates.  If you are handy or a luthier in search of project bass at a fantastic price, this is your lucky day!

It has just been deep cleaned and detailed. The frets were dressed/polished and the fingerboard was cleaned. (Unfinished Rosewood and Ebony boards get treated with the magical Fret Doctor- a proprietary oil that is the best on the market) It was professionally set up and has brand new strings, the action was adjusted and it plays excellent. All the electronics work as they should.
